For me, beginning to travel was the hardest part. You have to be in a specific, almost spontaneous, mindset to actually book a flight and go! Choosing a destination is always a tough decision. How do we make decisions on where to go and when? Especially on a budget. These are a few things I do to be inspired and start planning the journey!
Nothing compares to looking out the oval airplane window, while the sun rises over the clouds. Listening to your favourite song as layers upon layers of clouds are painted by the colours of the sun- this feeling is unparalleled. Looking out you realize that you are passing over millions of people, thousands of towns, and a few continents to explore a new place. There are new memories to be made and new people to meet.
Toronto is full of many historical buildings and landmarks. It's known for its diverse neighbourhoods, full of culture and colour. One of those landmarks, however, is closing this year. If you are from Toronto you have probably heard, Honest Ed's is closing its doors at the end of December of this year.
